My story

When I was in middle school, I dreamed of being in shape, of getting a six pack.

I can recall praying and wishing but it never happened.

That was because i didn't deserve it.

My lifestyle wasn't one that deserved a fit body, it was one of consumption and laziness.

I was clinically classified as overweight.

​

Many of you were the same, and we share the same story.

going on youtube and doing those " 30 minute six pack abs guaranteed) behind closed doors, of course.

after a month of consistently doing it, i saw no effect and was discouraged.

​

i was like wtf? and questioned if this was a scam.

​

Now i realize that i didn't deserve to get in shape so quick, when i have been damaging my body for years.

​

I decided to get into the gym and take my fitness seriously.

First three months: fat

First six months: fat

a year in: six pack appeared out of nowhere.

​

after putting a year of work, i got what i wanted, because i actually deserved it.

​

Lets go deep.

Genuinely ask your self this question.

Do you deserve it?

really think about it.

Do you deserve to have the dream body when you don't put in the painful hours at the gym?

Do you deserve to have good health if you eat junk food?

Do you deserve to be successful if you don't take action on your goals?

Everything in life comes back to inputs and outputs.

What you put in, is what you get out.

its the absolute law

Most things in life aren't immediate, and thats the difficult part.

thats the lonely chapter, thats where the difference is made.

but stick through it, and you will see beauty on the other side.

Take action.

how can you apply this?

There is no reversal to this, actually take action to become the person who deserves all the things you want.
