Story

I believe I’ve found the secret to connecting and making memorable relationships.

It's that simple, we just complicate the shit out of life.

Looking back in retrospect, the periods of time where I lacked friendship is when I lacked ambition. I was doing nothing interesting, having no projects to work on.

Over 2024, I got into various projects and hobbies, with some notable ones being skateboarding, writing, and web design.

This gave me an abundance of conversational material, due to my increase in general knowledge. By consequence, my relationships expanded and deepened.

Here's a recent scenario that happened:

Last November, I registered for a half marathon.

I had no experience and no knowledge.

However, I had faith in myself and that's all that mattered.

Along the learning curve, I met many people, crossing paths with a great guy named Victor.

As we talked about my mission, I learned that he was a seasoned runner and he provided me with the guidance that I so desperately needed. I really appreciate this guy, he would gas me up whenever I would go on runs.

Chances are, if I had never embarked on this journey, I would've never connected with him on this level.
