Welcome to Shoshin, my journal of lessons from this journey we call "life".
Perspective
" 20 years from now you’d give anything to be this exact age, exactly this healthy, in this exact moment. Take a second to enjoy it. "
- Richard Webster
Story
This has to be the most profound shit I have come across in a while.
I loved it so much, I got it printed and placed it right above my desk.

At times, I glance at it.
The world gets quieter.
The pressure fades.
And I remember:
This moment?
It’ll never come again.
I think about how far I have come,
and I can't even believe that I'm so content with myself…
that genuinely, If i was on deaths door,
I could die knowing I've lived a good life. (when tf did I become so spiritual?)
That I would go out with peace.
I haven't even graduated highschool yet…
There’s something beautiful about being here
not chasing
not planning
not building
just being.
Become
Seriously. Appreciate the moment.
Take five seconds.
Breathe.
Smile.
You’re still here.
And that’s enough.
Remember, its who you become on the journey.
Others.
