Story

Recently, I have been pondering this scenario.

Imagine you had a button, and if you clicked it, you could speed forward a decade of your life, into a position where you have attained success.

Would you click it?

My past self would, because he was very materialistic. All he wanted was the riches.

My present self is the polar opposite, throwing the button into a landfill. Its beautiful how life gets when you learn to value relationships and enjoy the journey of life.

Lesson

⥤ Without the journey, theres no struggle. No struggle = no story.

The story is what makes the hike worthwhile, because you get to look back and be proud of what you have accomplished.

Challenge

➢ At the end of each day, list one thing you did that made you grow—no matter how small. Reflect on how today’s small win adds to your larger story.
